12 Month Software Support & Updates Service

Geodesic Solutions is fully staffed with a room full of developers and office professionals. The software is updated literally on a daily basis, as we are focused on extending the software's capabilities to our customers. Release announcements are posted in our site's User Forum so that customers know when the next version is expected to be released by our Development Team.

Service Includes:

Support - 12 months of Unlimited Email Support. This is in addition to our already comprehensive support resources (User Forum, Knowledgebase, FAQ's, Tutorials, and User Manual). Email support will be provided to you through an easy-to-use online Support Ticket system accessible through Geodesic Solutions Support Center. Our Support Team will answer any questions you have regarding the feature set of the software.

Updates - 12 months of Software Updates. This includes all updates and releases (major or minor) that we make to the base code of the software for your edition. They will be supplied to you free of charge if you are covered under a current Software Support & Updates Service.

Three ways to get this Service:

1) License Purchase - Purchase any GeoClassifieds, GeoAuctions, or GeoClassAuctions Software Edition and you will receive this service FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months after your purchase.

2) License Upgrade - Upgrade your software license from one Edition to another Edition while under a current Software Support & Updates Service and you will receive this service FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months after your upgrade.

3) Renew Service - If your current 12 month service is about to expire, you can renew your service through your Client Area. You may only renew your service if you are covered under a current Software Support & Updates Service.

Service Cost:

FREE!!! with the purchase of each new software license (GeoClassifieds, GeoAuctions, GeoClassAuctions). The cost for this optional service after the first 12 months of your software purchase is based upon the software edition you have purchased. Again, ordering this service is entirely optional. However, you will need to renew this service each year if you would like to always have the very latest code set and receive support from Geodesic Solutions.
